Acceptable Use
Acceptable-use rules for PulsarBuild V1.
Lawful and rights-respecting use
You may not use PulsarBuild to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate another person or business, or facilitate fraud, abuse or unlawful conduct.
Accounts and access controls
Do not bypass authentication, subscription, entitlement, quota, rate-limit or other access controls. Do not obtain or share access to protected Prompt bodies or paid Resources except through the access granted to your own account.
Automation and extraction
Automated use must not bulk-extract protected prompts, templates or other restricted Resource content, overload the service, probe for vulnerabilities or interfere with normal operation. Public pages may be accessed only in ways consistent with these Terms and applicable technical controls.
Payments, referrals and account integrity
Do not use stolen or unauthorized payment methods, manufacture refunds or disputes, create duplicate accounts to obtain benefits, self-refer through the Affiliate program, or manipulate purchases, attribution or commissions.
Enforcement
PulsarBuild may restrict, suspend or terminate access when activity creates legal, security, payment, abuse or infringement risk. We may also reverse access or program benefits tied to fraudulent or invalid activity where permitted by the applicable product terms.
