Creator Terms
Creator ownership, licensing, review and submission terms for V1.
Eligibility and application
Creator access uses your existing PulsarBuild account and begins only after a human approves your application.
Creator ownership
You retain copyright in original work you submit. This is not a copyright buyout or an employment relationship.
License to PulsarBuild
For accepted and published work, you grant PulsarBuild a global, non-exclusive commercial license that is perpetual for work already published. It permits us to host, display, promote, preview, sell or provide access, and format or adapt the work for supported AI builders.
Ending the partnership
Ending a Creator partnership does not automatically retract the commercial license for work already accepted and published. Infringing, fraudulent or unsafe content may still be removed.
End-user sublicensing
The license may include sublicensing to end users only as required to deliver the PulsarBuild product.
Rights warranty
You warrant that you own or control every right needed for the design, Prompt, preview, source and referenced assets you submit.
Review and removal
Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Fraudulent, infringing or unsafe material may be rejected or removed.
Submission workflow
Each single or batch item remains individually reviewable. AI may assist review, but only a human may approve publication.
Compensation
No Creator payout or revenue-share percentage is frozen for V1. Any future commercial arrangement must be stated separately and factually.
