Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation rules for PulsarBuild V1.
Subscriptions
Subscription plans auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the paid period. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself refund a charge that has already been paid. Requests concerning a completed charge are reviewed against the payment facts and applicable law.
Prompt Packs
Normal Prompt Pack refunds are supported only when the pack has a claimed count of 0. Once any included Resource unlock has been claimed, the pack is not eligible for a normal unused-pack refund, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Refund and dispute effects
When a payment is refunded, charged back, disputed, fraudulent or otherwise reversed, related paid access, unused Prompt Pack capacity and Affiliate commissions may be reversed or adjusted to match the final payment state.
Failed or unpaid transactions
Failed or unpaid payment attempts do not create paid access or an eligible Affiliate commission. If you believe a completed charge is incorrect, contact support promptly so the payment record can be reviewed.
How to request review
Contact support@pulsarsites.ai from your account email and include enough information to identify the purchase, such as the purchase date and product. Do not send full card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
