Copyright and intellectual property rules for PulsarBuild V1.
PulsarBuild materials
PulsarBuild owns or licenses the platform branding, site content, prompts, templates, previews, documentation and other materials made available through the service, except where a third-party right or Creator ownership is expressly identified.
Permitted use
Resources may be used for personal projects, commercial projects and client work when your account has the required Free, subscription or permanent Resource entitlement. Access to a Resource does not transfer ownership of the underlying PulsarBuild library or branding.
No competing redistribution
PulsarBuild prompts, templates and protected Resource materials may not be resold, republished, bulk-extracted or redistributed as a competing prompt, template or design-resource library. You may not present PulsarBuild branding or materials as your own platform.
Third-party and Creator rights
Third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses. Creators retain the rights described in the Creator Terms, while granting PulsarBuild the commercial permissions required for accepted and published work.
Rights concerns
If you believe content on PulsarBuild infringes your rights, contact support@pulsarsites.ai with the work you own, the material at issue and enough information for us to review the claim.
